Know Your Rights as a Player

Park PH reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Providing false information about your age, identity, or location is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of any balance held in your account.

Each player may only hold one account on Park PH. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or on behalf of another person — is a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Park PH will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility unless you have notified us in writing that your account has been compromised.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including friends or family.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Log out after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if offered — we strongly recommend it.

Park PH processes all transactions in Philippinesos (₱). We support the following local payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and other participating banks), and Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards.

All deposits must come from a payment source that belongs to you. Park PH does not accept third-party payments. If a deposit is made from a source that cannot be verified as yours, we reserve the right to hold or return the funds and request documentation before releasing any associated winings.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission under normal circumstances. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or e-wallet provider. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are posted in your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. Accounts that have not completed identity verification may be subject to lower withdrawal limits until verification is complete.

Park PH offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, freets, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is made.

General bonus rules that apply across all Park PH promotions:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players and cannot be exchanged for cash directly until wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet these requirements before requesting a withdrawal may result in bonus amounts being removed from your balance.
• Only one active bonus can apply to an account at any given time, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be shared between accounts.
• Park PH reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, particularly where abuse or exploitation of the offer is suspected.

Park PH is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. To protect the integrity of our platform, the following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referal to relevant authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including Pusoy, Poker, or Baccarat.
• Cheating software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to play on your behalf or gain an informational advantage.
• Exploitation of errors: Taking advantage of software bugs, glitches, or system errors to generate winings that would not otherwise have occurred under normal game conditions.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating chargeback requests on legitimate deposits after receiving the associated funds or winnings.
• Match fixing: Attempting to influence the outcome of any sporting event on which bets are placed on Park PH.
• Money laundering: Using Park PH to process illicit funds in any form.

Park PH uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all card and table games, and our sports odds are independently compiled. All content published on Park PH — including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, interface designs, and the Park PH brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of Park PH or its licensed suppliers and partners. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Park PH content without our prior written consent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Park PH for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape, index, mirror, or otherwise extract content from our platform in bulk.

Park PH provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform running smoothly 24/7, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, or unexpected technical issues may result in temporary downtime.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Park PH is not liable for:

• Any loss of winings, profits, or data arising from platform downtime or technical errors outside our reasonable control.
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors that result in delays or failed transactions.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Park PH, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with your account security obligations.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Park PH shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you have made in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Park PH reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time if:

• A player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering.
• A player becomes ineligible to use the platform under Philippine law or our internal policies.
• A player repeatedly abuses Park PH staff or other players in a way that disrupts the platform's community environment.

Where an account is suspended under investigation, any balance held will be frozen pending the outcome. If the investigation confirms a violation, the balance may be forfeited. If no violation is found, the account will be reinstated and the balance released in full.

Players who believe their account has been unfairly suspended may appeal by emailing support@parkph.best with supporting documentation. We aim to resolve all account disputes within 7 business days.

Your privacy matters to us. Park PH collects and processes personal data in accordance with Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). The types of data we collect, how we use them, and your rights as a data subject are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

In summary, we collect data to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve our platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with regulators, payment processors, and identity verification partners where required by law or necessary for service delivery.

By creating an account, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

Park PH may update or amend these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of Park PH after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should stop using the platform and contact us to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the changes take effect.

The date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were last updated. We recommend reviewing this page periodically so you're always up to date.

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of Park PH are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree that any legal proceedings related to these Terms or your use of Park PH shall be brought exclusively before the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, we encourage players to first attempt to resolve disputes through Park PH's internal complaints process. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication with our support team. We take every complaint seriously and aim to respond within 3 business days.
