Account & Registration

Registering at Park PH is straightforward. Head to the Register page, enter your full name, email address, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth, then choose a strong password. Accept the Terms and Conditions, click "Create My Free Account," and check your inbox for a verification email. Click the link inside, and your account is live. The whole process takes about three minutes.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on Park PH, in line with Philippine gaming regulations. We verify age during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to an underage player will be immediately closed and all deposited funds returned.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal. Log in to your account, go to Account Settings, and follow the verification steps. You'll need to upload:
  • A clear photo of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys, passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, or UMID)
  • A recent selfie holding the same ID
Verification is usually completed within 24 hours on business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once approved.

No — each person may only hold one Park PH account. Duplicate accounts are a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in both accounts being permanently closed and any balances forfeited. If you've forgotten your account details, use the password reset function on the Login page or contact our support team.

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot Password?" Enter the email address linked to your account and we'll send a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive in your inbox. The reset link is valid for 30 minutes — if it expires, simply request a new one.

To change your registered email or mobile number, log in and go to Account Settings. For security reasons, changes to primary contact details require identity verification. You'll be asked to confirm your current password and complete a one-time code sent to your existing contact. If you no longer have access to your registered email or phone number, email us at support@parkph.best for manual verification assistance.

Deposits

Park PH supports all major Philippine payment channels:
  • E-wallets: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph
  • Bank transfers: InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank
  • Cards: Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards
All transactions are in Philippine pesos (₱). No foreign currency conversion is required.

GCash and Maya deposits are processed in real time and typically reflect in your Park PH balance within a few seconds — almost immediately after you complete the transaction on your e-wallet app. If your balance hasn't updated after 5 minutes, check your GCash or Maya transaction history to confirm the payment went through, then contact support with the transaction reference number.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment channel. As a general guide, e-wallet deposits (GCash, Maya) typically have a minimum of ₱100, while bank transfer minimums may be slightly higher depending on the channel. Most deposits resolve automatically. If yours is still showing as pending after 30 minutes, first check your payment app or bank statement to confirm that the funds were actually deducted. If they were:
  1. Note the transaction reference number or screenshot the payment confirmation
  2. Contact Park PH support at support@parkph.best with the reference number and the amount
Our team will investigate and credit the funds manually if the payment cleared on your end. Bank transfers via PESONet can take up to 1 business day due to interbank clearing schedules.

Withdrawals

Most withdrawals are processed within 24 hours under normal conditions. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically faster — often cleared within a few hours once approved. Bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank via InstaPay) usually settle within the same day if submitted during banking hours. Processing times may be slightly longer on weekends and public holidays.

Common reasons withdrawals are held or rejected include:
  • KYC not completed: You must verify your identity before your first withdrawal. Check your account for any pending verification steps.
  • Active bonus wagering requirement not met: If you claimed a bonus, it typically has a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before withdrawal. Check the bonus terms in your account.
  • Withdrawal to a different name: Your withdrawal destination must be registered in the same name as your Park PH account.
  • Security review: Unusual activity can trigger an automatic review. Our team will contact you if additional information is needed.

Yes — minimum withdrawal amounts depend on the payment channel you choose. Details are on our Deposit and Withdrawal page. Generally, e-wallet withdrawals have lower minimums than bank transfers. There is no fee charged by Park PH for standard withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

For security and anti-money laundering compliance, withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your Park PH account. You can withdraw to a different GCash or Maya number than the one you deposited from, as long as that account is registered to your name. You'll be asked to verify the new account before your first withdrawal to it.

Certain Park PH games offer a practice or demo mode that lets you try the game mechanics without wagering real money. Where available, the demo option appears when you select the game before choosing to play for real. Note that winnings from demo play are not redeemable as real cash. Sports betting markets do not have a demo mode by nature, as they are based on live events.

If a sports event is officially cancelled, Park PH will void all bets on that event and return the staked amounts to player balances. If a game is postponed but rescheduled within 48 hours, bets are typically carried over to the new date. If the rescheduled date exceeds 48 hours, bets are usually voided. Bonuses & Promotions

A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough or rollover requirement) means you need to wager a certain multiple of the bonus amount before you can withdraw bonus-derived winnings. For example, if you receive a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you need to place ₱10,000 in total bets before those winnings can be withdrawn. Your account dashboard shows your current bonus progress in real time. Different games may contribute at different rates toward the wagering requirement — sports bets typically count 100%, while some table games may count at a lower rate.

Joining the VIP Club is automatic — there's no application form or minimum balance requirement to enrol. Bonuses are credited automatically in most cases, but delays can occur. Common reasons a welcome bonus wasn't applied:
  • The deposit amount was below the minimum required for the bonus to trigger

  • An existing bonus was already active at the time of deposit

Forward the message to support@parkph.best so we can investigate. Change your Park PH password immediately if you have any reason to believe your account credentials may have been compromised.

Log in to your Park PH account, go to Account Settings, and navigate to the Security section. Toggle on Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). You'll be guided through linking your account to an authenticator app on your phone. Once enabled, each login will require both your password and a one-time code generated by the app — a significant security upgrade that takes less than two minutes to set up.

Responsible Gaming

Log in to your account, go to Account Settings, and select the Responsible Gaming section. From there you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Self-exclusion is a permanent closure of your Park PH account. Once self-excluded, you will not be able to reopen the account or create a new one during the exclusion period. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method. To self-exclude, go to Account Settings > Responsible Gaming > Self-Exclusion, or email support@parkph.best. A cooling-off period is a temporary break — you choose a duration (24 hours to several weeks) and your account is suspended for that time. When the period ends, your account automatically reactivates. Self-exclusion is permanent — once you self-exclude, you cannot reopen the account. Use cooling-off if you want a break; use self-exclusion if gaming has become a serious problem and you want to stop altogether. Both tools are available via Account Settings > Responsible Gaming.
